Fairchij: I have not even really heard anyone on this forum talk much about the 33X cost advantage of the POET detector over the existing IR detectors today. The market really has become sidetracked with this question of NRE.

Important point! Remember the chart I posted some time ago? Although I said the columns would not be to scale, by chance I hit exactly the worst-case scenario with POET having a cost advantage of "only" 2X and still could blow the competition out ouf the market by pricing it somewhat below the competition's cost.

However, for pricing its AOCs at the cost of copper, POET's margin would probably have to go down, but I can't think about that in more detail now, because it's time for the Sunday service. Have a nice and poetic weekend!
