Itsmeagain: Sorry to ask this Rainer, but is there another way I can access this transcript? For whatever reason, my computer will absolutley not allow me to open Google Docs, saying that my connection not private. Does anyone else have this problem, or a workaround? Thanks for all who put this together.

Sorry, I don't know your specific problem, but I suspect a problem on your side, e.g. outdated browser, wrong browser, wrong browser settings – something in that realm.

Luckily some people have gratefully contributed to the transcript recently, so it is becoming more and more complete. I'll have to review and consolidate the recent edits, but later.
