All of us are backing the New Management, why would you own Poet stock if you did not?

The options are a very valuable tool in the companys tool box, and if I read Robs execllent honest post right, there has to be a limit of options issued.

As it stands with 250 million outstanding shares , 20% or 50 million options is what is proposed.

Most companys I deal with have a 10% cap on the options so only 25 million options could be outstanding in Poets case. If used properly this is enough, because options can be recycled, when they get exercised they go back to the company option pool.

so I and a few other people will be voting NO to the option plan as it sits.

IMHO The New Poet team will build this company to where we all know it will go. UP and to the right.
