Agreed mazan. NO here as well.

Just because it was done in the past (raise to 20%) does not mean it is relevant today. Could it be relevant again one day...sure. Now is not the time in my opinion.

1. There are options available in the float to work with today. I don't consider this being handcuffed as some are stating.

2. we need to see meaningful sp appreciation/performance before further dilution, comp...etc. Lets get the protype up and running and a few new revenue deals cut.
