I respect you for your decision, you think 36 million is good enough thats fine.

Management thinks and have decided that 20% is what they want.

I have faith in this management team so I will say yes to their request.

What I don't like is people saying things that are not fair to management and the BOD.

As I said before I respect all of you that have decided to vote no.

If the share price was $2.00 do you think we will be having this discussion?
