FJ, thank you for the very eloquent explanation of the use for the options in a growth company. I have said before that as the company grows I would love to see the options used as the share price rises to continue to grow this company for many years to come! You have described in detail the benefit of having the options available to gain the maximum benefit in the future! I would anticipate that over a four-year period this company will look far differently than it does now!
