Most of the dillution we could see within the last years was anyhow caused by warrants, not by options. Dilution is not nice at all, I know, but it seems these warrants were the price to rise funds - to keep our POET alife. Were they necessary? Well, it is the past, we can not change and hardly discuss.
But: all of us who purchased shares of POET could see that there were all these outstanding warrants and options, so this dillution was to be expected. Now there are only 1,1 Mio warrants left.
In addition all these executed options and warrants are financing the operations of POET and help them to execute without fearing to run out of money.
So yes, let them execute...
