Good to mention these 2015 options, Trini!

"1,563,000 options were issued 2015, representing 0.86% of the outstanding shares of the Company!!!"

So why are we all discussing this issue? Poet is asking a vote to fill the option pool back to 20%, but if they would ask for 15 or 10%, would this have an effect? End of 2015 there were about 25 mio options issued, and it seem within this year about 7 millions (options but also warrants) were executed. How many are left in the pool? 29 mio? With a float of 220 Mio it seems even 10% would be enough to grant a similar amount of options as after the last AGM...

In addition, we now will have only 7 directors (was 10). So we will need less options.

This vote will most probably have little effect, and we can not decide about the strike price of these options. So what are we discussing...

Please guess, will we learn about director number 7, Mrs. Juthika Bashak soon? It seems so far there was no official announcement. I would love to give her some options as incentive as well, as her focus is the core market of the new photonic initiative of POET!
