Dilution is dilution.

It does not matter if you shorten the time frame so that the options are not yet vested, the truth is they will vest and therefore are dilutive to a greater extent on a plan with a 20% cap than they are on a plan with a 10% cap.

If you want to argue in favour of voting for the 20% plan then please do so. Please don't use false arguments.
