FB needs something.

Poet has something.

FB likes it alot.

FB needs a lot.

FB does not wish to suffer the price point that comes with a middle man.

Poet willing to bend over backwards to accommodate. They know it will launch Poet.

Poet preparing to become a high-production manufacturing concern.

Poet will supply directly to FB.
