This is true, we really don't know what they have anymore, but my personal belief is that they retained some of their holdings for future considerations.

All we really know is that they hold less than 20M shares now, although I seem to recall a post a while back stating they still held several million shares (can't remember where they got the info from). Going on their website revealed no pertinent information as it is (still) under construction.
