Not really, here's the denselight confirmation on May 17th. The share count went up by around 16 million on May 12th. The wording is pretty standard by the Exchange

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will issue approximately 16 million common shares to the vendors as consideration. Furthermore, an additional 1.3 million common shares are issuable should DenseLight exceed certain predetermined revenue targets during 2016.
