Fj, I believe that you are always very well informed ... but your theory about POET being one of the bidders, seems unrealistic for me. First of all ANAD is not very attractive as a company ( http://www.lightreading.com/components/comms-chips/ii-vi-gets-anadigics---good-luck-with-that/d/d-id/721488 ). But okay, the bidding war showed different. The bidding war was between a not named chinese company and II-VI, there was no second company mentioned. And even if, ANAD was already from the beginning of the bidding war much too expensive for POET.

About PC selling all his shares because of a new job in a fund. If he believes in POET and his bright future: Why would he sell all his shares and his chance to be extremly rich for a job?
