Maybe he just does not want to wait. If he is selling now he is already making a good profit. If he doesn't sell he has to wait like everyone else. Maybe not a risk he wants to take. With his .20 plus options he was never in the red.

He will make money along the way as he moves from company to company. Maybe that's good enough for him.
