Because SP had such sharp decline company IMO should announce that everything is going well and that there is no material change to cause SP decline.

Because higher SP is better than lower SP for many reasons...

Such if PTK is going to acquire more companies is one.

Care for shareholders would be another one (remember it is public company)

But maybe i am wrong. Maybe it is better to have lower SP.

Anyway, i have seen it before with other companies which announced no material change and it worked. SP went up after such NR.
