Ahasja: You are absolutly right, Rainer. But also POET said, that they moved from Anadigics to Wavetek, because of the bidding war. We should not forget, that II-VI won the bidding war and bought Anadigics and also (!) Epiworks. With Epiworks Poet is still working together.

So at the end, II-VI produces GaAs wafers for POET.

That's correct, Ahasja, but that doesn't mean II-VI has the POET IP. Even if they would be technically able to manufacture POET chips, POET VCSELs, or even POET VCSEL transceivers, they would not be allowed to actually do so with a license greement in place.
