Based on what you say we should not forget that PTI is, as a company, in an early stage of development. It has a structure that provides for the essentials of Hi Tech development but needs growth of its talent pool, in Technical and business functional areas. This is a management problem in itself let alone a cost generating one that has to be funded in order to establish itself as a significant name in the industry.

Given the experience of the current talent pool and proper integration of the DenseLight and BB aquisition there is every chance that PTI can expand and grow the income resources needed to achieve star status.

It's good to begin to better understand what risks we are taking with our personal treasure but is certainly one I feel excited to be a small part of. We are so much further beyond the heady G Whizz technical wizardry days of OPEL I blindly dived into.
