Babaoriley: I remain with an "if" factor, and likely will until the "when" arrives. Nature of this beast!!

I for one am a member of the "when" faction, but your view is of course legitimate and sensible. You are on the safe side with that, and I think many investors are having this stance. They are reluctant to invest (more), until the "if" is out of the way.

On the other hand, this reluctance creates a large potential for those taking the (in my opinion minuscule) extra risk to invest now in spite of the "if". But that's of course a weighting everybody has to make for himself.
