Interesting that Mr. Rodrigues also received about 2.3 million Poet shares as part of the DL acquisition. That would leave about 13.7 million shares that went to the original investors/owners of DL, as well as other employees.

The CTO of DL, Lam Lee Yoy, didn't get any shares from the acquisition, according to SEDI, as hi opening share balance was zero.
