I don't think they have any intentions on uplisting to any other exchanges. This company is being set up for a cheap takeover. The writing is on the wall, reverse split off table, massive dilution, 20% options float per year for management who have the ability to drown out retail share holders in a few short years, a super cheap SP, frusterated shareholders who want out as they are under water and would gladly take an offer above water, the list goes on. There is simply no way a disruptive tech, with industry heading into the GAAS research direction, will get anywhere close to its full potential. Get ready for the lowball offers the minute our VCSEL is ready for market. We will make money on this stock but I'm starting to think longs are going to be very disapointed when they consider the wait vs reward. IMO.
