Agreed, Abel00! The company and its business wouldn't benefit from uplisting to whatever better exchange.
And since shareholder value has been mentioned in this context, I'd like to remind everyone how shareholder value is defined: "Shareholder value is the value delivered to shareholders because of management's ability to grow sales, earnings and free cash flow over time." (Investopedia)
An uplisting would neither contribute to sales, nor to earnings, nor to free cash flow. On the contrary, doing the paperwork for an uplisting would distract management from caring for growing sales, earnings and free cash flow – and thus result in creating less shareholder value.
I won't say I am fine with the TSX.V, but I can bear with it for the time being. Other things are more important.
