Article from the beginning of July.

Speaks to BB's plan for investing a million dollars in the Uk over the next 3 years. Looks like "we" are going after UK grant money. I wonder if the new reciever they are speaking about will incorporate POET technology? Perhaps BB photonics was a potential customer who wanted in at the ground level after seeing what we had to offer.
