"skin in the game" - many should stop thinking the definition of that is ownership of shares. That's just one way in which to have skin in the game. It's almost self evident, don't know why there is so much discussion/dissension on this point (along with a few others, of course).
If the company progresses as we all hope, then at some point it would be dissapointing if shares weren't accumulated by management, but we're a long way (many, many months) off from that.
