As Canadians, I had assumed everyone was familiar with the very common chart and story of resource companies (especially Venture listed ones): there's a discovery and promotional push that get's the market excited and sold on the idea. when that pump ends, the long orphan period begins, when more sober thoughts of "gosh, now we actually have to plan, pay for, and build the mine!"
depending on the details, this orphan period can last for quite a while, as the money making business is actually attended to. I see PTK's stock chart in much of the same light.
its "wall of worry" time for us. when expectations are at their highest relative to news flow and stock performance. I mean, someone just "quit" because he can't hold a poet product in his hand? how he thought that was promised to him is anyone's guess.
as I stated previously, I am comfortable with "a few weeks" meaning by the end of July. seems reasonable to me, although reasonable and reality don't always line up.
back to work!
peace.
