So Instinet sold 271,500 shares today for gross proceeds of $223,615.

There are a total of 1,070,011 warrants at CAD .23 expiring in September. That would require CAD $246,102 in funds to exercise.

If the share count goes up by just over 1 million within the next week or so, then it may indicate that those warrants have been exercised from today's Instinet sale, and we have finally seen the last of the warrant overhangs on the stock.
