You have misread my intentions it is not I who is being libled or would wish to take action.

I am simply making you aware of that no one is protected from the consequences of law. You may not have foreseen this when you made a vitrolic tirade against an individual. You/ We really must act with some discretion when we write on a public forum.

There have been legal rulings on this.
