That would assume that they could even say that; I would suggest that IF there is a NDA signed with Apple then that kind of statement would not be permitted.

I would also suggest that most F500 companies would contain similar NDA language, preventing any sort of disclosure that could associate themselves with POET.

As for the exercising of options, this is not a surprise given the low share price and thus correspondingly low capital gains taxes to be paid. It could be a coincidence, or it could be manufactured, but what we do know now is that a lot of the options have been exercised which should allow for a much steeper climb when the news arrives....

...and if "nothing" happens when options are exercised I suggest stockguru72 re-read the progress the company has made over the last couple of years and perhaps re-phrase that statement.
