I concur with this and I agree with Rainer being a spokesperson. I believe having two or three would be very beneficial (although it looks like Mack has received some recommendations for leaving it at one contact). Different people interact differently and lots of information can be extracted in chit chat and in the less formal conversations.

I also emailed IR yesterday welcoming them and asking them not to forget about us lowly retail holders (*cough ~30% shareholders cough*).
