Note that a couple of years ago POET submitted this same Prospectus. Looks like it is (and was previously) in effect for 25 months after it was submitted. So, the original one had expired so they "renewed" it. Nothing came from it last time (although it provided theories from this board). So, it may or may not mean anything at all in terms of timing, other than it was needed to be filed again so that it is current. Time will tell.
