Hi Junkers, I am having a tough time finding this and I am just about to head for the hills to do some fishing.

I found this so far. Look at Sedar, Jul 31, 2015, file called "NI 44-101 Notice of intent to qualify - English". In here is stated "POET Technologies Inc. (the “Issuer”) intends to be qualified to file a short form prospectus under NI 44‐101.".

I have not found the actual Prospectus filing as of yet, but I am certain I saw it, and I also recall the reference to "of up to US $50,000,000".

If someone else does not find it, I'll track it down on Tuesday.
