Agreed - Everyone is grasping at straws b/c we are so frickin' impatient - me too by the way...

We have a dynomite team - if its gonna happen, it will with them - all astute businessmen (maybe women too) with no known detractors from keeping them focused on the endgame...or should I say intermediate milestones.
