Seeing more exercised on August 7th I would say there's a good possibility. Question regarding any remaining warrants/options other that the million or so due by the 29th. What warrants/options are left and is there any possibility that having these exercised is necessary for any JV to take place ? (With the shelf registration a JV is a possibility at this point ) In the event of a buyout ( which I am sure is not the case ) do warrants/options need to be exercised prior to the event taking place ? Curious on the possibility of a JV affecting exercising of Warrants/options. TIA. Crzyhors
