I agree FJ and honestly I have stated (opined or speculated) this in the past, that this type of transaction is the mechanism to a near term NASDAQ listing. My only hope is that $50M represents a very small equity position and it comes from an industry player that finally gives us technology adoption. In any event, I do suspect there is something of some significance in the pipeline but I also know that "hope" is a four letter word.
