Actually, according to my calculations, there are still about 1.26 million options remaining from GT, expiring 4/30/2016 to be exercised. But the rate of selling out of 033 and correspondening increase in share count (i.e. exercising) has been decreasing every month since PC & GT's departure.

Given that there are 7 months left until options expiry, we can expect about 200K options (i.e sells from 033) every month from here on out. This is assuming all shares being exercised are being sold (which seems to be the case till now) However, any significant news could easily absorb the remaining options overhang in a matter of days.

And this is not speculation. It is a known fact to many that 033 is the broker used by Poet's options administrator. No one else except GT & PC has this many shares that would account for exact corresponding increase in share count compared to 033 sell numbers.
