Question... didn't the U.S. military fund the research at UCONN in the first place? Is it because they wanted the tech before anybody else? So perhaps an agreement may have been made that they fund the research and in return get to work on it first i.e BAE and take from it what they wish. Then POET would be free to do their own development after that. ?
