Yes, communication is really poor! But we are knowing that for some time now, don't we? Shelton cannot improve communication on their own, but they need information/explanation supply from POET. I hope they are receiving it, but given past experience I am somewhat pessimistic.

Anyway, I for one am taking bad communication into account and I am assuming that the time they don't spend on communication, they are spending on the technology.
