The Prospectus is one good reason why management, despite some contrary opinion here, must be concerned about the stock price. I don't know of any management that wouldn't be, and especially so penny stocks. When it is time to raise money, the stock price is of critical importance. As is the market cap. Another instance is the rewarding of options. The lower the stock price, the greater the dilution, and everyone on the management team would be fully aware of this.

Of course, being concerned about the stock price is one thing, but having the ability to do anything about it, or to improve it is quite another.
