They talked about the need to invest in DenseLight to support higher volumes. Is that where the need for the Shelf Prospectus for up to $50million US comes from?

Didn't they say somewhere that it would cost roughly $1.6M US in upgrading the facility to support higher volume / double current manufacturing capacity.
