The presentation has a lot of good stuff in it. It takes time to digest it all. My sense is that they will probably announce something before the share price is set in late Oct early Nov. This will also likely determine the number of shares that they will issue. They have kept their word and updated us early in Q4. Once people better digest this new material, hopefully further announcments and with additional detail likely to be provided to promote the share offering investors will help push price north??? Today's trading action is probably not a good barometer because of a lack of detail and some immediate negative selling due to fear of dilution.
