McWitty, congrats on your pending nuptials! But really, I think your lament is inappropriately focused. You (along with many others on this board) have lost sight of the fact that this was and is a speculative investment. You sound young (if this is marriage number one), and if that's the case, you're learning a valuable lesson that will help you in investing for the rest of your life.

The company says they're working on it, there are no guarantees they will be successful. However, the company may have enough already to ultimately support a much higher share price.

And, just so you're prepared and the offering doesn't put you into another funk, lower your expectations for the Unit Pricing, whatever it may be. The chances are none of us is going to like it; as always, I am willing to be pleasantly surprised.
