Why would they be so uncertain of something so standard and simple? Damage control? Did they get forced by someone to release news 48 hours ago? Were they not aware of the Luxmux deal 1 week ago or the offering? And now, they have to scramble to put a CC together because they decided to do an offering and simply did not have time to think about annoucing the CC they were planning after they released the Investor Presentation? How much are we paying IR again?
