Message: Timing
I am not happy about the timing of the financing at all. I hope they will explain why it was necessary at this moment, why they didn't do it earlier when the stock price was higher, or why they couldn't wait for the VCSEL completion.
We are bumping along at a 3 year low in price. Sadly, the dilution never seems to end.
