People start believing a technology is viable & are willing to invest.

Irony

The market impact of silicon photonics will not be significant over the next five years (a $1 billion market by 2021).

Integrated indium phosphide and gallium arsenide products are projected to reach $5 billion in the same time frame.

Your worst fear:

Something is wrong. I don't know what it is yet, but I might lose everything.

My expectation:

Our little stock here will go ballistic at some point. When the documented performance details meet up with contracts, which meet up with institutional monies, which meet up with professional financial projections, which meet up public monies, and word-of-mouth, then greed will tell you that you should have bought more, but common sense will balance it out because you already do have enough.
