Really? I am a shareholder and the agreement didn't cost me anything. Time and patience is something I have.

Yes, your outlook is well known Rainer. But shareholders are the ultimate owners of Poet, and the market capitalization is important to the Company. To every Company. The lower the market cap, the more expensive it is - the more it costs the Company (us) to raise funds.

I do admire your patience though! But I wonder why now, why did the Co. not wait a few months for the Singapore agreement, when their own products would be further advanced, when they could show some success for the VCSEL and perhaps more IR detector sales, and when the stock price would probably have been much higher to do the deal. Besides the timing, I also don't like the manner in which they are going for the financing. Maybe I am the only one, but they seem to be putting the horse before the cart.
