They may find that potential partners and providers of NRE may look at the balance sheet and cash flow statement from June and be concerned about whether or not PTK has the resources to see a project through to completion. A potential provider of NRE is not going to do all the due diligence to find out whether DL products can produce enough revenue and CF to sustain operations and fund R&D.
