"Conversing with Cormark Securities I have been informed that "pricing is expected to occur on Oct 28th" for the PP. I can also confirm that we cannot purchase direct from Cormark and to participate you must use your own broker."

Hope I'm wrong but that certainly sounds like a pp at $.55 or $.60 and that's the reason the sp has been driven down by the mm and will be held here until the pp is done.
