I have spoken to IIROC and the OSC. I voiced my concern regarding heavy selling in what appears to be holding the price down. The pricing on the PP is usually done on some form of moving average,usually 5 days. It sounds like material information,like the pricing, should be made available to the public and not just some like the dealers handling the financing. They will pass my concern to market surveillance.
