I guess the institutions taking part in the offering mostly came with Brett Perry nomination. Mr Perry surely gave some promises/garantees to Poet's management that he came on board with potential investors/hedge funds. That explains why this financing is being done so fast. Think about it. They do a two week roadshow and three days later, the deal is done (if Mazan is correct).
