If POET has something up their sleeve, such as, for example, they are going to use the money to mass produce a bunch of POET detectors and sell them, then this makes sense to me. Anything related to the POET IP likely makes sense. If the majority of the money is used for non POET IP, such as upgrading DenseLight to sell DenseLight products, or another acquisition, then this is another major mistake, IMO. We need to get POET products to market ASAP, and we do not need any distractions.

I hope it makes sense in the end. Time will tell, assuming we can accurately interpret any news.
