of shares at a bargain price of fitty cents. no way the company did not know that this would happen along with the PPO. Still, the company must be convinced that this route is the "way to go"...so, despite all the grousing (mine included!) I have to believe in our managements decision......ultimately, they would not make any moves detrimental to the success of this venture. Their options are under water, as are many of us! cheapie
